Starting a conversation
The contact tool on this website prepares a message in your own email application. It does not send a message or save a form submission on this website. You decide whether to send the email. Email and telephone communications are handled by the providers used for those services.
Please provide only the information needed for an initial conversation, such as your first name, general location and type of help requested. Do not send medical records, detailed diagnoses, Social Security numbers, insurance identifiers, financial records or another person’s private information through this tool.
Information you share
When you contact Love & Patience, information you choose to provide may be used to respond to your inquiry, understand your general preferences and discuss possible resources. Before making an introduction that shares a resident’s or family contact’s identifying information, we obtain the appropriate authorization. You may instead request a provider’s contact information and contact them yourself.
Website technology
This version of the website does not use advertising pixels, third-party analytics, embedded social feeds or browser storage. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate and protect the site. Following an email, telephone or external link involves the applicable provider’s services and policies.
Our role
Love and Patience Senior Placement LLC provides senior living referral and care navigation assistance. We do not operate the communities we discuss, employ or dispatch in-home caregivers, provide medical treatment or perform clinical assessments. Providers determine service availability, care capability, pricing and admission eligibility. Families make the final choice.
Compensation and choice
The initial family consultation is free. Love & Patience may receive referral compensation from participating communities after a qualifying move-in. Applicable compensation arrangements are disclosed before an introduction. Any separate service fees would be discussed before agreement. We do not represent every provider or guarantee availability, acceptance, pricing or outcomes.
Educational resources and outside websites
Benefits information is general education. Love & Patience is independent of the listed agencies and does not determine eligibility, guarantee funding, prepare or submit VA benefit claims, or provide legal, tax or financial advice. Official agencies and qualified professionals can address individual circumstances. Resource links are not endorsements or partnership claims. External sites have their own policies and terms; applications should be submitted directly through their official channels.
